#95 Emily Sullivan | IFBB Bikini Pro | 2025 pro debut?, posing, going pro, introducing @defendhernz

It was in the works for awhile! But we did it - IFBB Bikini Pro and Posing Coach, Emily Sullivan! 
We went through a wide range of topics together in this episode. Such as the usuals of course: Emilys journey into bodybuilding, going Pro, Pro debut plans, current training and nutrition, posing, etc. And then a deeper topic that is something we'll be addressing more often on this podcast - women feeling unsafe or uncomfortable in the gym - or anywhere. I've created a project called @defendhernz (see more info below) and Emily was kind and brave enough to dive into a very recent, real and raw experience she has faced around this very topic! This is more common that we'd like to think so creating a community for women to share tips, advice and have each others backs is important. Thank you for opening up Emily!!
